How to design a themed one-day team-building event linked with a conference that stands out from previous editions?

We organized a competition for the most beautifully decorated tractor with seasonal and rotating decorations, followed by a live folk-dance workshop accompanied by excellent food and drinks. Our goal was to immerse employees in the autumn atmosphere and take away from their daily routine. The tractor served as a foundational element of the concept, invoking a sense of childlike joy, fostering a playful and creative spirit among the employees.
